Valerie Jane Veenhuizen was born on March 3, 1945 in Auburn, Washington to Norvel and Juanita Newell. Valerie passed away on January 10, 2021 in Kent, Washington. Valerie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved fly fishing as well as just being outdoors. She was a mentor for others who were living with multiple sclerosis. She is survived by her son, Scott A Fry of Greenwater, WA and sister Joanne Moore of Bonner Lake, WA. Also survived by 2 grandsons and one great grandson. A private service will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Renton, WA on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 11am.
