To Lam was born on October 22, 1940 in Saigon, Vietnam. He passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2024, at the age of 83, surrounded by his loving family. He will leave behind his wife, three children and seven grandchildren. He will be missed, forever loved, and remembered.
