Kevin Andrew Buckner was born on September 22, 1972 in Seattle, Washington and passed away on February 14, 2019 at his home in Seattle, Washington. Kevin was a lifelong resident of the area. He was 46 years old. Kevin is survived by his Mother, Linda (Thomas) McLaughlin of Seattle, WA, his step-mother, Joe Ann Buckner of Lacey, WA, His daughter, Brittany Hoeppner of Sumner, WA, sister, Bonnie Lee Buckner of Auburn, WA, step-sister: Tawny Wells of Roseburg, OR; Laura Evans of Tumwater, WA; Marcie Christy of Phoenix, AZ; Jeannie Stafford of Scottsdale, AZ; Kimberly Mastroianni of Philadelphia, PA; Kelly Hyatt of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Isabella Oliva Hoeppner, Crystal Rae Hoeppner; and William John Higgen of Sumner, WA. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Lee Buckner and step-brother, Michael Dean McLaughlin. Services will be determined at a later date.
