Gary Lee Silbernagel

Gary Lee Silbernagel was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 19, 1946. He died at home in Renton, Washington at the age of 72 on April 22, 2019. Laura became his wife in 1971. He retired from Boeing in 2004 where he worked in the department of Reclamation. Gary was involved in the VFW and Eagles in Renton, where he loved to play poker. He was a father and grandfather to everyone. Gary loved his family who referred to him as "Grumpy Uncle Gary!"  One of his favorite things was walking his dog, Copper and playing golf. 

He leaves behind his wife, Laura Silbernagel (Renton), daughters: Jackie Silbernagel (Renton), Terry Silbernagel (Auburn), son; Patrick Silbernagel (Spokane). Also 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Gary is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Silbernagel and granddaughter, Merissa Silbernagel. A memorial service is planned for June 2, 2019 at 1100 AM at the Renton Eagles.
