Earl Robert Monk

Earl Robert Monk was born on December 19, 1934 in Wilkes Barre, PA and passed away on August 5, 2019 in Renton, WA. Earl was a VFW life member, he retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 20 years. He was also a member of the Aerospace Mechanics Union, he retired from Boeing in 1995. Earl loved the outdoors, fishing, model aircraft building, flying, and traveling. He is survived by his wife Mary Jane Monk, son, Brian, daughters, Susan, Sandra and daughter in law Stephanie. He is also survived by his brothers, Paul, David, John (Connie), sister Mary Dunphy (Barry), many nieces and nephews, and granddaughter Sara Monk. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 1pm at Renton Technical College Cafeteria. His remains will be inurned at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
